About the Ölmühle

As the founding family, Gudrun, Werner, Sebastian, and Sarah Baensch have been part of the manufactory since day one. Today, our team consists of around 65 employees.

In our family-run business in southern Lower Saxony, we process oilseeds and nuts from certified organic farming, following traditional craftsmanship, to create premium organic edible oils and fine delicacies.

The oil mill is located directly on the Weser River in Boffzen, near the towns of Höxter and Holzminden, between Hanover and Göttingen.
